I wanted to post my top five fat blasting moves for Fit Friday. These are real butt-kickers, but yield big time overall toning results, and their dynamic nature means that not only are you hitting most of your major muscle groups, you're torching calories! To put these into a workout, you could do Tabata style (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) and repeat three times. Another option is dooig a countdown; start with 10 of each the first circuit, then 9 of each, then 8 and so on. So, here's my Top Five Fat Blasting Moves:

1. Burpees

2. Candlesticks
3. Jump Lunges


4. Inch Worms


5. Clean and Press
