The Workout:

15 burpees, rest 1 min.
14 burpees, rest 1 min.
13 burpees, rest 1 min.
12 burpees, rest 1 min
11 burpees, rest 1 min.
10 burpees, rest 1 min.
9 burpees, rest 30 sec
8 burpees, rest 30 sec
7 burpees, rest 30 sec
6 burpees, rest 30 sec
5 burpees, rest 15 sec
4 burpees, rest 15 sec
3 burpees, rest 15 sec
2 burpees, rest 15 sec
1 burpee, finished!

This is a great cardio workout that will really get your heartrate up. Use it as a supplement to your daily weight routine, or in addition to your daily cardio. I just prefer things like this to the monotony of a machine. Repeat as desired (not sure anyone desires more burpees ever in life though).
