What we did last weekend:

No, we did not pull a Britney 2007 and cruise around like this, but she did love hanging her had out the window like a little pup while it was parked in the driveway. We had another gorgeous weekend, so there was lots to be done around the yard. I may have jumped the gun since Mom has always told me not to plant before Mother's Day, but I needed some color outside after an unusually long winter and these Pansies were perfect. We grabbed a few ferns, too.

And please excuse the weeds, but my Hyacinth are blooming so pretty! I sure love this time of year.

And after a week without her favorite little cousins who ditched us for the Disney cruise, they got home Sunday and were bearing baby gifts. Any time she sees Mickey, she temporarily seizes up and smiles uncontrollably, lunging for his face. It's seriously cute, but I'm afraid it means we may have to take her to Disneyworld sooner rather than later.

What we're wearing today:

Smocked bubble season is hereeeee!!!!!!! I've been so excited so show her little legs to the world! They are the cutest. This outfit is by Bailey Boys from a few seasons ago.
At present, I'm slumming around in these super comfy monogram seersucker pants from Nattiemack on Etsy. No, I do not plan on wearing them in public... unless I go to Wal-Mart.

What I'm Reading:

I love, love, LOVE this book series. The Tradd Street book series by Karen White has it all; mystery, supernatural happenings, romance...and best of all it takes place in my very favorite city, Charleston, SC . Consider yourself warned, however that there is a 4th book in the series not scheduled to release until January 2014. I am so bummed to have to wait that long. You can get the link to purchase the books by clicking the photo.

What I'm Wanting:

I want these jeans! I found this photo on Pinterest, but of course, the link didn't take me to the source for them. I  get so bummed when that happens. So I'm looking around. I've always had the hardest time finding jeans that fit right. I was a gymnast/ cheerleader for most of my life, so to get jeans to fit my legs, they're always huge in the waist, but boyfriend jeans have always worked great. I had the perfect pair from the Ralph Lauren outlet, but since I've dropped most of the excess weight I'd picked up before getting pregnant, they literally fell off. Oh well.
Hope everyone is having a great week and that y'all are able to get outside and enjoy this spring weather.
